Hi Michael, I've used all the usual suspects, Lexar and Sandisk CF cards, IBM and Hitachi Microdrives without any problems. The best advice is to buy the fastest, which would be a Lexar 80x or a Sandisk Ultra 2, since it's the speed of the card which will be the bottleneck to your capture rate. There's a page on the website where you can find tests of card speeds with particular cameras, look up 'Rob Galbraith'.
