Reply to Michael, Please ensure that you have matching up to date Firmware 
(5.3)and Photodesk (4.2 but 4.3 in new year) or files may be incompatible 
as you describe.
Format card in a PC and NEVER in a Mac then a secure erase in camera and 
all should be well. Personally I would stick to Lexar.
