Hal Duplicate the actions file from the Presets > Photoshop Actions folder to the same folder for Photoshop CS and then use the Load Actions command in the Actions palette menu. You may need to save your actions in Photoshop 7.0 before duplicating the file. IWC, you can save it to the two locations. I always back up my custom actions to a folder outside of the Photoshop install folder and keep copies for safe keeping. The Photoshop help file has good instructions on how to create, save, edit and load actions.
