Hi, Kishore

 From the official tools release of last week, Ubuntu 11.10 will not be
supported. Instead, the latest Ubuntu 13.04 support has been enabled.
 So please consider to upgrade your working Ubuntu to any higher version, or
you can try to use the latest tools repo by hacks.

 BTW, you can see the list of supported distros from the link:
     http://download.tizen.org/tools/latest-release/
