hi VInay, eglibc-devel-arm...src.rpm will contain the source files of eglibc. But for your gbs build you need to have the eglibc-devel binary rpm file and for Tizen 2.0 you can refer to http://download.tizen.org/releases/2.0/latest/repos/. So as I mentioned in my earlier email, it depends on the gbs.conf configuration and repo it is pointed. Could you please paste the contents of gbs.conf file here ?
