A dexterity content type, you mean? I've wanted to do something like this for a long time, but haven't found time to work on it. Probably partly because I've been envisioning doing it by creating a next-generation PloneFormGen that's built around the Dexterity schema editor, so that we don't have to translate from one type of schema to another.
