this is the same thing I was talking about on a previous message on this list.
you need to check all stuff these products are installing and then remove them manually.
guys, is a very bad practice not to write uninstallers (and tests for them) in your products.
the use of GenericSetup has expanded this bad practice among product developers. this is something I was talking about with Cris Ewing some weeks ago and he started a thread on the list to try to find a solution: http://plone.293351.n2.nabble.com/Apparent-bug-in-Products-CMFQuickInstallerTool-td5814226.html
every time I found a product that doesn't uninstall cleanly, I contact the authors to try to fix it.
