It is both exciting and terrifying. I am hoping that the new house and the location will be able to curtail Steve's constant problems with bronchitis and pneumonia. It is being built with kiln-dried lumber and being framed in the dry season, and we hope that means there will be no black mold problems. Steve keeps getting sick.
