Yeah, but he's not being allowed to play his natural game. Only when the tactics changed when Shrek & Lennon came on did we look anything like a decent side. We gave the ball away too much and are far too predictable up front.
Anyways, I'm hoping we're doing an Italy in '82 when they were terrible in the group stages with a misfiring goalscorer (Rossi / Owen) and then got better as the tournament progressed......
