Hi Dominic!
This is a half-truth. Bush is against using new lines of stem cells
obtained from aborted babies, other sourced stem cells, adult, cord
blood (that do not require an abortion to obtain) are ok.
And he hasn't called for this to be outlawed, just not funded by the
Federal government.
