No I wouldn't agree at all with most of your statement. As a professional if it took you more then a couple of min to get the newer look to networking, I would question why you called yourself a professional. The jump to the Linux style is much larger and you don't seem to have an trouble there even going between distros and the GUIs for them, so I question past motive why it's so HARD for your in a new GUI from M$?
