Try setting Tools->Options->Environment->Views->
Use default views for reading to yes and the two view docs in html options to true and see what you get.
The administrator can lock/override these options (but they hardly ever do). If that doesn't do it email me directly and I will give you a GW account to send an email to to see what I get.
