Next we will have to call them girth-challenged or whatever. But they
get like that essentially on purpose, one gulp at a time. No one is
forcing it down their pie-holes.
Talk about setting a bad example to kids! To get to that size you have
to eat like it is Christmas almost every day, or gobble continuously all
day long, of choose very calorie-dense foods. In saner times this was
called "gluttony".
Most of them know they are doing wrong. Some of them even hide food like
alcoholics hide bottles, try to pretend that they hardly eat anything
when they are actually pigging out. I have even seen people who could
afford a normal amount of food steal money so they could get mass
quantities.
