So, are you tied to Apache? Accessing VFP as a COM object via ASP is
very easy, if you can use ASP. Perhaps even just a few pages hosted on
IIS and Apache for the rest? Just a thought.

Why make a non dynamic environment?  Oh well, switch it to any of the
free RDBMS that work on the web and your there.  Or update the text file
as an event occurs in your billing side.
