In my shop, practically no one knows how to setup their Outlook and I frequently have to do it for them. Some bozo at M$ keeps moving all the dialogs around and between that and my aging memory (it's magnetic), I can never find what I am looking for. Having it all in one place is definitely more efficient IMHO.
