Corruption in Brazil? The guy down the hall goes there all the time, he hasn't mentioned it. I think it may be identical to what we are very used to in the US. He has mentioned that he finds the women in Brazil open to his "friendship".

By the way, he is a neighbor, but he and I are not what you would call "close". There is a difference. Usually, the people I talk to at length are women. Most men bore me, usually too interested in sports and sex.
