To All, I've just found a nice little utility called WINROLL that rolls any window up to just its titlebar when you right click on the bar. It's free and is really useful to get an instant view/access of what is beneath any window without minimising it or clicking onto the desktop icon in the QuickLaunch toolbar. http://www.palma.com.au/winroll/
