No they don't. I place them in a \Libraries folder under the app folder. 
Nothing I use needs registration. Many of our users are in locked-down 
environments.

I don't remember - Do FLL's need to be registered with REGSRV32 (or 
whatever)?

If so, maybe the registration didn't take place properly and you need to 
try it again.
