It's also informative to read the actual document that was given to Rice 4 days after the Bush inauguration in 2001. Anyone who reads that and then reconciles it with the findings of the 9/11 commission that the administration did nothing with regard to al Qaeda in the 8 months before the attacks can no longer pretend that Bush had no idea of the threat. It was all spelled out clearly for them.
