Hi Dave

Sounds similar to BB, will download it and take a look as well. The neat
thing for me is that I can show someone how to do something via a video clip
without jumping in the car and driving over to them!

I've also used an earlier version of Snagit which always was a nice product.

Cheers

Graham,
Viewlet Builder as Michael says is very good and you can output to SWF, Web,
ASF AVI etc etc. Also I use Snagit which now comes with a screen recorder
built in.

The best thing about Viewlets are that they can be really compressed down in
size as the end product is a selection of linked screen shots not a
continous video stream. Also the ability to add in highlights/notes once you
have captured all the screen shots is simple and elegant. If I was to
recommend one product than this would be it.

Hi

BBFlashback

I used this for support when people ask me how to do something, I record and
publish as htm/flash movie.
Low cost, not free though.

Cheers

I use Qarbon's ViewletBuilder Pro. See http://qarbon.com for more
information. I don't, however, use the microphone/sound feature for 2
reasons: 1) I don't think my voice is nice to listen to for any length of
time <g>, and 2) it keeps my file sizes low without the sound added.
Sound adds a huge part to the file size.
