Well, unless you consider public statements by prominent Republicans to be "inside info", yes, we do know at *some* of who knew what and when. Rep. Tom Reynolds, chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee, said that he was aware of this back in 2005, and that he spoke with Hastert about it.
