I'm hearing a dollar 65 per sq foot to build down here. They tell me if I build it myself, you can do it around 65 per sq foot...
Land has got so crazy here that you can go to san Antonio and get a nicer house for less money. All because of the price of land here which is about 6500 per acre... Two years ago you could have bought it for 1250 per acre... Like I said. We keep sending all of our tax revenue (jobs) overseas, we no longer have money to support our infrastructure and the house of cards comes crashing down... I havent seen a decent paycheck since 2002 and I hear there are others in the same boat....
