Hi Michael! Wages. Yeah, we all work 2 and 3 jobs but the three paychecks don't amount to a third of a living. I wish it weren't so, but the fact is the economy has a long way to go before it doesn't need fixing. And don't get me started on price inflation . . . "Home ownership" is a canard. It just means you haven't been forclosed yet. Advantage to the rich folks who really own it, YOU have to maintain the place and pay the taxes. When finally fall behind on the payments and they kick you out they bill you at the nursing home for any repairs you are behind on. If it is in too bad a condition they tear it down and build a McMansion there. My socialist side showing.
