<snip> I find that the time it takes for the phone call, gather the data, format it properly, fax it back can take hours for my clients. Let's say that this is all in justification for FedEx to pay the invoice! So a company now needs a web presence to start this B2B reporting or ordering, or finding out about a service on order. We all realize that this isn't going to be fat client, and will only leverage data from said client. Hi Stephen! So everyone among your clients who does business with the big guys has to earn his money twice? Once when he does whatever he does and the second time when he manages to get them to pay? And if the invoice is on the web it will speed this?
