I think Google will find a way to wring more money out of the average user than Facebook.

Google+ has the potential to be a FaceBook killer as long as someone makes it very easy to migrate your FB presence onto it, and they don't fall into the same traps of whoring your personal info around the place. As with all these things, put the bare minimum of personal info into them - name, age, general place of residence and that's it.
