No, they are saying, "Unless we stop carbon dioxide emissions, sea levels will
rise 20 feet".

You have completely missed the point. They are not doing any prediction.
They are simply plotting the current state of the planet. The plot is an
upward trend.

And they can't predict the Earth will warm either

Who cares? That has no bearing on reality. No one can predict anything with
reliability. It is the trend that counts. Same with the stock market.

They said it would happen by 2010.

The time has not yet arrived. I have perhaps 20 years left to live
statistically. So we will both see it come to pass before my end is here.
Then it will be too late to help anyone.

The United Nations states with absolute certainty that there would be
50,000,000 global warming refugees by now. How many global warming refugees
are there really? uhhhhh NONE

In past messages I have related dozens of long-term trends indicating global
warming. Iowa has not seen such high temperatures ever. Normally it is
comfortable during the summer.

And when some place gets cold next winter, someone else will claim that
global warming is a hoax.

Momentary highs and lows are expected with or without climate change. The
only thing that shows or disproves *global* warming is long-term statistical
patterns averaging the entire planet. Anecdotes about particular weather
events, whether heat waves, blizzards, hurricanes, droughts, etc., might be
interesting, but they don't have anything[excessive quoting removed by server]
