All sorted with Martin at Eqeus. 

We received the update this morning and Martin apologised as they have had a 
server outage, hence the delay.

As for FoxyPreviewer, I haven't as of yet had any experience of it apart from 
looking at the demos, but it looks good and the price is right!! However at 
this stage the changes needed count it out of the equation .... at least in the 
short term.

Dave, I had a good run with Xfrx, but have switched over to Foxypreviewer I
