.8 percent of their civilian population.

Germany got bombed and firebombed into oblivion, and
they only lost 2.6% of their civilian population (not
including the Jews who were slaughtered by Germans)

So I guess a greater percentage of people have died in
Iraq than in Germany or Japan.
