Hi, a client of mine is looking for some software that will let them track customer names, email, day & month of birth (some customers don't like to give the year of birth), some customer preferences like preferred items (this is a restaurant so they might want to track a particular type of wine that this person enjoys), maybe spouse's or children's birthdays and so on.
They also want to be able to then send an email out to the entire list on a regular basis. I assume there must be systems out there that are web based (so the restaurant can put the info in and the back office located elsewhere can manage the sending of the emails). Anyone have any recommendations? So far I've found phplist and mailing-manager.com that look like possibilities -- Frank.
