Ed, I agree with you with regard to new apps. My arguments go to a percentage of existing apps where there is no good business argument to be made to change languages now. We do conversions to .NET and, in a limited number of cases, to Microsoft Access with a SQL backend. With regard to learning new skills, agree 100%. Wes
