Ok I was just being picky; you can make a case that 'beginner' here represents an abstract - i.e. "The Beginner's Rocket Science Primer" but similar arguments could be made for most cases where s' would traditionally be considered the proper form. This would tend to eliminate the use of s' altogether which would upset the Apostropher Royal tremendously.
