I think there were changes made for .CHM files that they can only be run
off of a local drive (drive C:) and not off a network drive.   Even if you
have VFP installed on a network drive, copy the .CHx files to a folder on
your drive C: and point the setting under Options, FIle Locations to where
you put it.
