I hope not!

I think they can run Windows using remote desktop. If I'm not mistaken,
these have ARM processors, which Microsoft stopped supporting after Windows
NT 3.51.

They can be hacked/jailbroken to run Linux. In fact, I understand that's
what they're doing under the hood for Google OS kernel.
