Interesting. I wasn't aware that we could run fp 2.6 dos this way. I've been wanting to experiment with linux and this might be the thing that gets me off the sidelines.
However, I'm PO.... Anybody know if it will run on that raspberry pi thingmajig? Been wanting to play with it too and it is in my price range. By the way, loaded python today. Other than syntax, it appears to remind me a lot about fp 2.6 and seems pretty straight forward. -----Original Message----- From: ProFox [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of John R. Occasionally I run into problems that I am unable to solve. Is this an ok forum to voice these issues, or is there a better one for foxpro/dos. I bought vp5 when it came out, but it immediately crashed. One of my employees also had the same problem (not enough ram, even though there was about 700MB in the machine. I have just found dos (we use wordstar and foxpro in our office on a small network) more reliable. I use ubuntu 13.04 and dosemu in my office and want to bring it out but I have dosemu/network issues.
