Regarding this thread. A while back I wrote a Windows Service in C# that hosted a VFP COM object. I needed the end user to start and stop the service easily. I've uploaded a prg, Ed just let me know it's available for download. It's listed as "Start / Stop Windows Service". No UI is included. There is an example at the top of the prg.
