Anyone know of a DU-like Linux utility that returns the timestamp
(create or modify) of the newest file in a recursive folder path?

Use case: Quick and dirty analysis of user folders to see which folders
have not had file activity lately.

Looking for Linux and Windows versions of such as tool.

Seems like this would be a fun utility to write, but I'd like to avoid
re-inventing the wheel if possible.

Thank you!

Malcolm
