Yes, same error. I marked nocompression and noencryption. Same

I wonder if the A/V software is somehow responsible? More weird: it
doesn't always happen. It USUALLY happens but once every 'n' tries it
appears to work (and compile fine without issue).
Even after restarting the computer, going right into Inno Setup Studio
and compiling right away...bam...same error. Methinks it's something of
a false positive.
