I know you've figured out the missing DLL but in addition to the last SP2 
hotfix I also keep a vintage copy of the MS C++ runtime installer around. 
Having the 2 DLLs in the same folder with the VFP runtimes works, of course, 
but the installer can also come in handy at times.
