Yes, it appears that Coupon Companion is something Evil.

I'm not sure how this could happen, because this is a W7 VM under Parallels
from which I have *never, literally never, before* used IE. Almost never
used any kind browser from it. And W7 is fully up-to-date.

Crap --- just another time suck.
