I've been using Evernote for a few years now, and it's great. I scan
business cards, drop the images into Evernote, and it uses OCR to index
them by words on the image! Pretty cool, and very useful. I run Evernote
on my Mac, on my phone, and as a web app. Can't get much more convenient
than that.
