It won't.
The file name is what they reference.
Look at the file name of the image, and then see if you can find a match in
the DB of that file name.

Least that is the only way I ever saw to make it work.

I have no experience from VFP in displaying an image stored in the db.

Plenty associated with a .NET application or an SSRS report.
