Desmond,

A number of years ago - I discovered the use of the Data Environment on Forms.
Why did I find it so Exciting? I'm glad you asked! Because - once you put one
or more Tables in the Data Environment - you can simply Drag-n-Drop the fields
from the Table right onto your Form - allowing you to do true "visual design".
I loved being able to do that. And, I also really liked that if you grab
Multiple fields - and drop onto the Form - it automatically creates a Grid on
your form with those fields.

Not sure if this answers your Q - but, figured I would add in my 2 cents...

Subject: VFP9: Form Data Environment

Good Morning,

Thank you Fernando for your response regarding "stacking forms".

Odd question. For years I've always opened my desired forms by including the
statement use somewhere in the code... Is there a benefit to using the data
environment. Being rather set in my ways have always been a little leery of it.

Thoughts?

Regards and TIA,
Desmond
