Hi guys
I am using VFP to call for a download. The problem machine is a lenovo
thinkpad.
loWinHttp = CREATEOBJECT("WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1") is the current
method. I did try URLDownloadToFile first but both have the same result.
All other machines are fine, just these damm Lenovo's.
It is supposed to download over 4mb exe file but it only downloads 3k. No
errors come
It also downloads a chm about the same size as the exe and has no problem
with that.
This is just the Lenovo laptops that are messing about. All others are fine.
Has anyone any idea why the Lenovo will not download other than 3k, and all
others do.
Note using i.e. will download ok. Just from within the program.
Tried disable of UAC, firewall and anti virus (defender) to no avail. Does
Lenovo put on something that could stop exe but happily let chm through?
