GF does all that and more. As others have mentioned, it's also way faster than 
code refs. It's been stable for quite some time and I pretty much use it for 
searching through projects or folders.

To be honest I probably don't use it to that extent. I use it more to find 
where a word or statement is, and the listing is easy to follow with a list of 
classes or screens etc I then go to my code. Probably because I don't trust it 
yet to do my code. Hell I'm not sure I trust VFP ide lol.

So - I'm just curious. If its standalone - then I suspect it doesn't work like 
the internal VFP Code Ref screen - in that you can double-click on a line in 
the results pane and it will launch the screen, prog or class and put the 
cursor at the location of the item that was found. OR - can GoFish4 also do 
this??
