Anyone know what the 'official' name of these 'web 2.0' style images are
called?

Example:
http://bdurham.com/downloads/seals.zip (18K zip w/small BMP file)

I would call these images 'seals'.

Motivation: I'm looking for an easy to use tool for creating these type
of images or, at the very least, some names for the images in question
so I can google this topic more successfully than 'web 2.0 seals'.

BTW: I am NOT interested in the flat/old-fashioned seals generated by
this site:

http://www.says-it.com/seal/index.php

Thanks!
Malcolm
