Beware the comment at the end of the article, which points out this is
an Xbase rule, and that SQL statements (not just SELECT - SQL, but
INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, etc.) follow SET ANSI instead of EXACT. A good
guideline is that both ANSI and EXACT should be set to the same value,
to avoid problems with mixing xBase and SQL clauses.
