same result. Evaluating of numeric expression depends on SET DECIMAL TO.

I have a report expression (sa_trvalue-sa_cost)/sa_trvalue with #UR XLSF="#0.00 
%" in the comment.  I run the report on the same set of data with XFRX versions 
V14.7 and V16.0   With 14.7 a particular value displays as 21.04 % which is 
correct.  With 16.0 the same data displays as 21.00 % which is incorrect.  I 
sincerely hope that this can be resolved otherwise I will have spent dozens of 
hours modifying my reports for no benefit.
