This behaviour has only started in win 10. I should have, by now, put everything in its own directory and not used the windows program files. What with that and appdata it's a big problem. Oh well we learn, eventually. I wish VFP9 worked on Linux (legally)

I'd be inclined to have the second user install the app also, since
Windows does weird things these days with folder redirections.
