Hi Dave This morning tek-tips.com is coming up as "The service is unavailable" but the foxite link was just the ticked especially in conjunction with http://www.contextures.com/excelvbasendkeys.html#keycombo which shows how to use SHIFT, CTRL and ALT as modifiers.
