Subject: How to monitor PCs on local Windows network???

Looking for recommendations:

I need a good tool to view resource usage (CPU, Memory, processes, disk
activity, processes, etc.) of each pc on my small Windows network.

We have 2 Windows Server 2016 servers and about 15 client machines
running Windows 10.

I want to view any or all PCs from a portal dashboard, and get email
alerts if CPU, Disk, or Memory exceed certain limits.
